Infrastructure Private Equity Associate | Stockholm
Our client, a leading infrastructure investment platform based in Stockholm, is looking for a high-calibre Associate to join its investment team.
The role offers exposure across the full investment lifecycle, working closely with senior investment professionals on new investments, portfolio companies and strategic value-creation initiatives.
The Role
- Evaluate new infrastructure investment opportunities across the Nordic and broader European markets
- Build and analyse financial models, valuations and investment cases
- Conduct company, sector and market analysis
- Support commercial, financial and legal due diligence workstreams
- Prepare investment committee materials and transaction documentation
- Participate in management meetings and transaction discussions
- Support portfolio companies on strategic and value-creation initiatives
The Profile
- 2–4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Infrastructure or a closely related field
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Exposure to infrastructure, energy, transport, digital infrastructure or related sectors is highly advantageous
- Strong academic background
- Swedish language proficiency is mandatory.
- Based in, or open to relocating to, Stockholm
